CoFigure

Terms of use & acceptable use

Beta — v2, July 2026 · Short version: this is an experimental beta — be decent, don't do anything illegal with it, and don't expect production guarantees.

This is a beta

CoFigure is experimental software provided as-is. Features may change or disappear, the service may go down, and despite nightly backups data loss is possible. Access is by personal invite and comes with a monthly usage allowance that we may adjust; optional paid top-ups and subscriptions are available (see Billing). We may pause or end the beta at any time.

Billing

Using AI models costs real money, so CoFigure meters usage with a monthly allowance. What's included, and what happens at the edges:

Your account

Acceptable use

CoFigure is general-purpose: brainstorming and work, but also play — casting AI characters for fun, social conversation, role-play, or companionship is a supported, honest use of the product. The agents are AI characters, not people; they can be confidently wrong, and they are not a substitute for professional (medical, legal, financial) advice or for human relationships and care.

You may not use CoFigure to:

AI output

Model output can be inaccurate, biased, or made up. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. You own what you put in; you may use what comes out, subject to the upstream providers' terms. We claim no ownership of your content — we store and process it only to run the service for you.

No warranties, limited liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoFigure is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim arising out of the beta is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (zero if you haven't paid us anything). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms — especially the acceptable-use rules — or that put the service or other users at risk, with or without notice. You can stop using CoFigure at any time and ask for your data to be exported or deleted (see the privacy policy).

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the beta evolves; we'll bump the version line on this page and email active users about material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@cofigure.ai.
